NOVEXPANSTM HFC 365mfc is 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutaan dat wordt gebruikt als blaasmiddel voor de expansie van polyurethaanschuimen.
Het is onschadelijk voor de ozonlaag en wordt voornamelijk gebruikt in combinatie met andere componenten om de beste resultaten te bereiken (techniek, veiligheid, kosten...).
